The Head of E-Commerce leads the e-commerce team and is responsible for the site experience of UNTUCKit.com. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this person will be an outstanding leader who possesses the ability to influence across the organization, lead cross-functional initiatives, and is motivated to continuously improve the performance and user experience of our e-commerce product.. Key Responsibilities. Define the vision and strategy of UNTUCKits online store, keeping pace with best-in-class e-commerce standards.. Oversee management and administration of our Shopify Plus suite of sites (US + Canada, with more to come).. Drive e-commerce strategy for international market expansion.. Lead and develop a team of project managers and designers; oversee projects and progress.. Define roadmap and prioritization of key website features and a/b tests (consumer facing and backend functionality). Direct all aspects of design, development and optimization of site experience. Assist project managers in translating business needs into technical requirements, communicating with development team, integrating with third parties, and defining/reporting on performance metrics.. Serve as a strong, collaborative partner to external design and technology partners on working on core strategic initiatives.. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support and execute on joint initiatives:. Operations: Support back-end Shopify integrations with 3rd party partners.. Marketing: Execute seasonal promotions, support seasonal campaigns; funnel optimization for digital marketing and CRM.. Merchandising: Collaborate on merchandising strategy and story-telling, support regular inventory drops.. Continuously test and refine user experience using funnel optimization, segmentation, and intelligent merchandising techniques to hit KPI targets.. Serve as a model for leadership; develop direct reports into the next generation of leaders.. Position Requirements:. Bachelors degree and 10+ years of e-commerce experience required.. Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative style; demonstrated track record of consistently achieving results within a fast-paced environment.. Deep subject matter expertise on e-commerce operations and technical solutions.. Proven ability to work with external technology and design partners.. Comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape including KPI`s, digital marketing, e-commerce and brand strategies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to solve complex problems successfully..
