The Osborne Association is searching for an IT Assistant. The IT Assistant will provide essential administrative, clerical and technical support services that will help ensure successful outcomes of IT operations and initiatives. The IT Assistant will also model collaborative and positive work relationships focused on meeting staff and agency needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred. Additional training in computer applications, office procedures or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience: 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit or IT environment. 2+ years of retail or customer service experience.
Related Skills or Knowledge: Non-profit experience preferred. Ability to maintain a high-level of user trust and confidence, and interact with all levels of staff. Good organizational skills. Attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated customer service orientation. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills, with IT/customer service experience preferred. Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Other Requirements: Ability to travel locally using public transportation. Regularly required to move fingers, wrists, and arms in a repetitive manner as necessary to operate office equipment. Regularly required to lift up to twenty-five pounds. Occasionally required to lift up to fifty pounds.
