Role Summary New York Life's Marketing Demand Center team drives market momentum by developing and executing journey-based campaigns, and leveraging multiple channels to reach targeted prospects, engaging with prospects in new and meaningful ways to drive sale leads for NYL's 14,000 agents. This team creates lead management, client acquisition, and expansion and retention campaigns that include 360-degree segment surround and channel selection within a test and learn framework to enable continuous in-market improvements. Performance Analytics is a key practice area that supports the deployment of mutli-channel journey-based campaigns to deliver modern marketing programs that build the brand and generate client growth. We are hiring a Performance Analytics and Testing- Corporate Vice President to join the Demand Center's Performance Analytics team to drive key learnings, analytical activities across the marketing organization. The goal of this role is use data/insights to design media, web, audience, creative tests and lead the development of a learning agenda. This role will drive insights and analyses in support of marketing initiatives, helping to drive business growth and improve marketing performance. Collaborates effectively with testing partners/agency and internal business units around test strategy, execution, and personalization tactics Organizes multiple tests and timelines while communicating and updating effectively across all business units as needed. Define KPI(s) and lead the development of a learning agenda to derive strategic learnings. Deliver actionable recommendations based upon marketing intelligence generated through conducting customer behavior study, conversion data, media performance, data models and web analytics. Partner with media buyers, content strategists, web producers and data sciences to understand performance opportunities, identify data needs and formulate test plans to increase marketing performance. Analyze online user behavior, campaign results, to identify potential areas of focus for A/B and/or multivariate testing as well as personalization opportunities or conversion improvement. Assist with technical set up and implementation to ensure accuracy of performance tracking. Create marketing activity reports on an ongoing basis that accurately reflect the latest sales, cost, and other KP trends across key market segments, including the development of innovative and user-friendly approaches to compiling and presenting relevant information. Manage the planning and forecasting process; Create and review historical trend analyses, agree upon plan assumptions, and build projections worksheets for review with Marketing leadership throughout the year. Work closely with stakeholders to monitor program performance, informing senior management of trends and issues that result in variance to plan. Develop and utilize quality control processes that validate the accuracy and reasonableness of marketing plans and sales projections across all key measures. Provide detailed analyses and insights to develop and inform new business strategies. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in digital marketing and analytics.
