Neudesic is looking to add a Technical Client Director focused on leading Data and AI for our Northeast team. This role requires a strong ability drive business value for our clients through innovative technology solutions leveraging the cloud, data, and AI. The ideal candidate will have broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to architect solutions by mapping client business problems to end-to-end technology solutions. Demonstrated ability to engage senior level technology decision makers in application architecture, cloud modernization and continuous delivery is a must. This role is a key enabler for Neudesics Account Executives and Client Services Directors as you jointly pursue opportunities to bring Neudesics services to market. In this role, you will drive Neudesics market expansion by working closely with a local sales and delivery teams. You will focus on leveraging your deep technical background in software architecture, software design, software engineering, and the software development process to pursue sales opportunities, lead delivery teams and be a strategic asset to Neudesic clients. While your day-to-day activities are not exclusively writing code, you must be able to deliver software when required for a successful outcome. You will leverage your practical experience in developing large, complex business solutions and team with highly skilled technologists from around the world to ensure flawless service delivery. With your strong background in a diverse set of technologies you will assess new technologies applicability and validity in solving the real-world business problems of the present and the future. Key Responsibilities (and expected focus): AI Practice Management (20%) You will be responsible for (in partnership with the Director of Solutions) the success of Northeast AI Practice including: Definition of Go to Market Strategy which identifies:The types of industries sectors that we want to target The type of solutions that we want to offer and overall value proposition Development of Sales Collateral and Service Offerings. Development of delivery collateral, IP and frameworks 2. Partner / Alliance Relationships (10%)You be responsible for (in partnership with the Director of Solutions) development of new partner / alliance relationships and development of existing relationships to: Evangelize Neudesic, our solutions and offerings to partner contacts. Develop relationships with partners, create account / opportunity plans and establish communication cadence with key contacts to expand Neudesics regional portfolio. 3. Sales Support (20%) Provide sales support in partnership with account executives by: Leading technical/architecture design sessions. Responding to RFPs and creating SOWs and Estimates. Evangelizing / Presenting to existing and target clients - Leveraging personal network to create new opportunities. 4. Client Success and Delivery Leadership (50%) Focus on Northeast client success including: Expanding Neudesic s footprint at assigned account(s) Technical leadership (architecture and design) on projects / engagements while ensuring best practices and quality standards of all delivered artifacts To be successful, you will exhibit strong leadership qualities necessary for building trust with clients and our technologists. You will partner with Solution Architects to drive client success by providing practical guidance based on your years of experience in software development. In addition, you will assist in creating sales assets that clearly communicate our value proposition to technical decision makers.
