The Naval Nuclear Laboratory is seeking a highly motivated technical professional to work in the Infrastructure Application group within the Information Technology (IT) Department. The successful candidate will work in a technically diverse and dynamic environment on a variety of multi-classification networks. Some of the duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Supporting Microsoft Exchange and Office 2016 environment.
Supporting Skype for Business enterprise environment.
Develop, test, update, and implement continuity of operation processes.
Develop, document and establish Standard Operating Procedures.
Resolve escalated Help Desk issues.
Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two years relevant experience; or
Masters degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
Job Preferred Skills
Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Exchange, or Skype for Business.
