The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset. ResponsibilitiesPrepare budgets upon request and revise the budgets based on changes in services as they occur.Prepare variance analysis for budgets.Assist with new bids for Assets and Tenants.Prepare monthly P&L deck in a format suitable for the Property Management team.Set up a separate set of books for a specific high demand client - this currently includes creating building codes, creating accounts for the buildings and eventually transferring over the account balances in Sage.Monitor and clean up open Accounts Receivables for the high demand client.Prepare balance sheet for client's Controller and team and soon to be additional financial report for their finance team per request.Track site specific expenses.Track and managing the sites monthly headcount and ensuring coding is correct based on the most up to date information.Monitor medical benefits for site specific employees.Prepare monthly journal entries upon request.Assist with making excel support files more efficient.Bank reconciliations.Intercompany reconciliations.Manage Fixed Assets register and depreciation schedules.Cash reporting.Perfect cash flow projections.Prepare forecasts.Oversee and assist with setting up certified payroll.Establish process for issuing vacancy credits. Qualifications5+ years' of professional accounting experienceBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experienceCPA preferred
