Job Description Clinical lab in Nassau looking for a full time customer services representative to join their team as soon as possible Responsibilities will include: Provide administrative support, information, education, and direction Receive and respond to all telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members within established time frames and policies Process credit card payments Assist members with plan benefits via telephone, in writing, in person, or make referral to outreach representative Document in the computer system all members issues and resolution Utilize current reference materials to assist and resolve any member inquiries
1+ year of billing experience preferred
Bilingual Spanish required
