Our client is a leader and innovator in the field of multilayer network control, and they are looking for an Administrative Manager to ensure the smooth operation of their US entity. Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth operations of the companys day-to-day activities as well as long-term projects. Provide general support to Sales, HR and Finance teams as well as the CEO. Prepare payroll reports, manage contractors fees and payment. Manage company suppliers, conduct negotiations, and track invoices. Support recruiting including working with recruiting agencies and setting interviews. Manage onboarding processes. Requirements: 2 years of experience as an Administrative Manager or equivalent in a tech industry. Experience in a Start-up environment Major Advantage. Creative and can-do attitude.
