Since opening our New York offices in May, we have been lucky enough to build on our existing relationships with clients and win quite a few new ones. So, we're now looking to bolster our client services team with a freelance Account Manager.
As an Account Manager at Earnezt, you'll be expected to support the team in meeting - and exceeding - our clients' expectations. You'll manage internal resources and budgets whilst also ensuring that everything we produce is perfect for the task at hand.
As a key point of contact, Account Managers are fundamental to our success as an agency for the role they play in delivering a flawless experience for our clients.

What will you be doing?
Manage multiple projects simultaneously Take briefs from clients and brief our creative and planning teams in the UK offices Help draft marketing proposals for campaigns, rebrands, digital projects - and be confident in understanding the process Understand the full marketing mix, e.g. digital, social, inbound, nurture principles, and also partner agency skills, e.g. media planning, PR, data management, search and research Help senior team members to deliver on strategic client briefs Write contact reports, draft timing plans, deliver campaign reporting Manage third party suppliers and partners Aid financial management of clients (estimating, quoting, invoicing) Liaise with clients on a daily basis to nurture strong relationships
What do we expect?
Graduate caliber with excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail At least 2-3 years' experience in managing accounts within an agency Administrative and project management excellence and multitasking abilities Ability to consult with clients and suppliers whilst assisting with inquiries in a professional, mature manner Excellent verbal and written communication skills An appreciation for great creative work and a passion for marketing and social Willingness to work hard and go the extra mile Enthusiasm and creativity with a great sense of humor A proactive, client-centric approach Be an agency team player and get involved wherever needed
