As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for working with Outscale's strategic customers toward successful adoption of our services. You will partner very closely with our Customer Success team to develop deep customer relationships with a small set of large, strategic accounts. You will be the main point of contact for all technical questions and assistance for these customers and represent their needs back to the organization. And, you will work with the rest of the Customer Success team to build out and cultivate a customer community to enhance the experience of our customers.Responsibilities:Engage customers during their post-sales on-boarding processHelp advise customers on successful implementationShare best-practices and resources to help customers successfully adopt the Outscale CloudHelp further adoption of the Outscale cloud by discovering and implementing new use casesProactively manage issuesStay actively engaged to ensure great customer successRepresent customer needs internally with Customer Success team?Qualifications:A demonstrated passion for making customers successfulA track record of executing and driving resultsExperience with public cloud services such as AWS or Microsoft AzureHands-on experience working with a variety of enterprise software infrastructure (operating systems, virtualization, database, network, security) products in production environmentsTwo years or more experience working as a professional services consultant, customer success engineer, technical account manager or sales engineerCustomer relationship management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to travel occasionally to customer sitesThe ability to work in a face-paced and quickly evolving environmentBS/B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or Engineering
